Snowy Monday, Snowy Tuesday....looking like it will be a Snowy week!
It's not snowing at the moment, but yesterday it never stopped all day, and today we are expecting 10 - 15 cms more.
Today is a long work day for me. We're doing "Olympic Games" in the gym this week, pushing big boxes for a "luge" race, and little boxes on their feet as "skates" for speed skating. Yesterday,the first class of Gr. 4s completely destroyed all my cardboard boxes in their enthusiasm, so I will have to hunt down some more at the grocery store before I go in today!

Good Morning CruiseMates!!!
Well today is a beautiful day... The weather isn't though. In a bit I will throw one really cute smelly little boy in the bathtub to give him a thorough hosing down. Lord knows he needs it . Later today we'll take him to the Doctor to remove his stitches, since he is almost 3 weeks out from surgery. I am pleased to report that the time has passed much quicker than I thought it would and he is doing really well, but he is much busier this time. He is like a toddler and very busy getting in to mischief when he thinks I am not looking.
Little girlfriend is still snoozing. I am not sure if she is coming with us today or if she is going to go play at the baby sitters. Time will tell. I french braided her hair yesterday morning and last night she took it out before bed and it was so beautiful how the spun gold hung in waves. I don't know where these kids get their beautiful hair color but I wish I had it when I was a kid. My hair was almost black. Hers is so long, it touches her rear end.It is a pain to keep it looking nice and free of tangles, but it is too pretty to cut it off. I am afraid to see the mass of tangles after she slept on it loose all night .
Last night I acquired the last of my scuba equipment. I think I have everything I need for our June trip and enough time to get familiar with it before we go. I think that I will get it all checked out and then bring it to the last few classes with me. That way I know it will be in order before we go.
I too want to echo Donna's sentiments and really send some very positive and powerful prayers Todd and Fran's way and let them know that we're thinking of them today.

Not snowing here! (43 degrees F. this morning, but warming to 60 or so.) No big plans for today, but we may gather all the materials for re-tiling the shower area in our main bathroom. When I start something, I like to have EVERYTHING at hand so I can speed ahead and git-t-done.

This is vacation week here, so I have the brother and sister tag team to babysit today..I better be on my A game I am reading a good book, by Adriana Trigiani, but not sure if a page will get read

Our weather is the same as it has been for the past few weeks...SNOW! Schools were cancelled here again today which means they now have 3 days to make up. We have at least 10 inches on the ground now and it is still snowing. Would have more but the wind seems to be blowing it away, maybe that's were you east coasters are getting your snow from.
Today I have both the grandaughter so I will be watching Handy Manny a bunch. D/D & SIL made it to work, what is normally a 20 minute drive took over an hour today as the roads are not the best.
Think I will make a big pot of spegetti for everyone tonight, since I have all the items needed to make it.
RD have a fun day with the kids.
BW safe travels to the Dr. and glad that DS is doing so well.
Trip good luck in reading today if your day is like mine that won't happen.
I too add my prayers for Todd & Fran, and all our other Mates in need.

Happy Tuesday ,everyone .Its 32 degrees and snowing here .The ground is solid ice and by the time the snow is expected to end this evening it will be fun and games outside .I am hibernating once again ,counting the days to spring and my next vacation -101 days.

9:39 a.m. here and it's pretty heavy.. just cancelled another M.D. appt.in downtown Boston.. prediction for the 495 area is at least six inches.. Well, at least inbetween everything I'e booked my Soltice cruise...mid-april.. Are you going to the travel show on Saturday.. I love it when the people from the Caribbean come up and when they see snow either...play in it or are bundled up to their neck inside the show..lol

Another day of why snowbirds come here in the winter today... temps heading to the high 70s, and beautiful clear blue skies.
Several friends have come to town, with more arriving today. Went out for dinner last night with some. That's probably going to repeat for much of the next week. Unlike on a cruise ship, that tends to add up.
Golfing later this morning with buddies from Calgary, and Mrs. Kuki is going to hang around a friend's pool. At least we both won't be out spending money.
Good morning from Southern California. Another nice day with temps in the mid eighties. That will go is way, though, since rain is predicted at the end of the week.
Keith has to get his car smog checked today and I am still working on the pile of ironing from vacation. I kinda feel like the bug is coming back. Might have to call the doctor later. We'll see . . .
After over two weeks of the brain not going on vacation; yesterday it decided to go big time. The new meds seem to have helped but it took double anti-seizure meds to "stop the flop". I feel "really" hung-over today so there is nothing on the agenda.
