Default For the women - Curves workouts
Do any of you women go to Curves? I was wondering how their workout is and if you really get any results from it. I had a fantastic womens gym that I went to and they closed. I need something else, but prefer "women only" as to a mixed gym. There is a Curves where I live and I thought about trying them. If you have any experience with Curves please let me know. Thanks, Vicki
