I took this pictuce while on a cruise. Can you name the city and country?
This should be a touch one.

I will do better than just city & country.
The Building is located in front of the Dataran Merdeka (Merdeka Square) in Kuala Lumpur, Malasia. The world's tallest flagpole is just out of the shot. The square was once a cricket or polo ground for the British, and the country club's rooftops are in the foreground. The square commemorates their Independance from said British.
I cannot tell you the building's function, however.

As usual Capt Tenelle has it correct. It is a building in Kuala Lumpur, Malasia. I took the picture in 1992 while on a cruise on the original Paciffic Princess, the LOVE BOAT.

The Capt has told you the resr.
