I'm not sure of what you are asking. We do try to group postings in different forums. It's the reason we have over 70 of them. The problem is that we can't control where everyone posts. We do move posts to different forums if they are completely off topic but continuously moving topics causes issues when people try to find them once they've posted. That's why we encourage people to "subscribe" to threads they are interested in.
Also: There are times that someone may receive an answer to a question about "Grand Cayman" faster on a cruise line board than on the "Caribbean" board. The Cruise Line boards are viewed by more people.
The Search function is the best way to find information. It searches the entire database of over a quarter million postings in order to find the criteria in the search.
