Congratulations Canada and the USA

Congratulations to Canada for winning the Hockey gold in overtime and to the US for winning the bobsled.

I don't know how many of you know this, but a lot of the credit for the bobsled victory belongs to former NASCAR racer Geoff Bodine for helping to design a better bobsled.

Yep, congrats Canada. I'm not even a hockey fan, but I enjoyed watching that game. Once again....CONGRATULATIONS CANADA!

I'm not a hockey fan at all although my son-on-law is a huge fan of the sport .Congratulations to Canada

Congrats to both for a game well played. This was a great game of hockey, this may be Canada's sport but let me tell you the USA gave us a darned good run for that Gold medal. What an amazing opportunity when they tied it up just before the period ended. Both teams played hard. I was so impressed by the class and sportsmanship displayed by these two teams following the end of the game. The disappointment that the USA team must have felt, but every interview was focused and positive, free of whining and attacks, it was wonderful. And hurrah to the fans in the crowd that cheered as the USA received their medals, especially when Miller received his. Kudos to them. I am not a hockey fan normally but WOW.

great contest..interesting in overtime they skate with fewer players on the ice ..what is the rational around that ?

I don't normally watch hockey, but I watched this game. That little puck moves so fast, I can't keep up with it!

The teams were so evenly matched! Both deserved the gold, but, alas, only one team could win. And you are right, there was no whining. Way to go, both teams!
