I few years back I worked with an elderly gentleman that was a chef. He lived with his family in the Caribbean, mostly on St Thomas. We of course had lots to talk about on the days we worked together. He owned a restaurant in St Thomas called The Normandy Cafe. It is closed now as the gentleman is retired and living in NH. His name is Ted Simpson. I do not remember this restaurant in my stops at St Thomas. My focus was on shopping back then. Does anyone here remember this restaurant?
