Morning Mates, from a very windy, cloudy and cool Pictou County.
It's presently only 15C or 59Fm, it just doesn't seem to ever get over 60.
Yesterday was a gorgeous day, sunny and comfortably warm with a breeze.
Today they are calling for rain and thunderstorms, so looks like a good day to stay in with a good book...
But first, I must go to my Aquafitness class, THEN I can relax!
Hope it's a good one for you!
Good Morning RD and all to follow. Lots to do today beginning with a trip to Winter Haven to pick up a roll away bed that was offered to me. Coffee with my gentleman friend, Hugh after that. Then off to the bloodmobile to give blood. This will be the second time since the cruise give away started. You have to give blood twice during the period of time the contest is running then you will be entered in the contest. The prize is a cruise on Carnival.
Have a great day all.
Laura

Good morning boys and girls. (Hey at our ages it's good to be called boys and girls)
It's a beautiful morning here in the land of 10,000 Lakes. Hopefully it will be warm and dry for the next two days so the hay can be bailed and the lawn mowed. I'll have to start putting a locater flag on Kramer when I let him out if it doesn't get mowed soon.
I hope all have a great day and doctor visits are routine and that you all get to do something fun today.
Take care,
Mike

Good morning,
Another evening of violent storms here. Tornado sirens blasting away, trees down, and flooded streets. Thankfully no flooding in my house just a slow storm sewer that cleared the street after a few minutes.
It’s just been crazy!! Some good news, I put up flyers in our grocery store yesterday advertising our old oak bedroom set for sale and received a few calls. One young couple called around 8:30 and asked if they could stop over and see it. It was a little late but I had nothing going on and they were from the neighborhood so I said sure. They bought it!! It also turns out my husband worked with the kid’s father and aunt 27 years ago, small world. Now I have some extra cab fare for New York in August.
Hope all well.

Good Morning cruisemates! Sunshine visible. I think it finally may be summer here.
Had computer issues to deal with this morning. Got it back running, did a back up in case it reoccurs, and hopefully it's good to go.
Saw my doctor, Dr. Kildare U. Tolive, yesterday... told me I'd have to take a pill for the rest of my life. Problem is he gave me 3 pills with no refills.
Just getting my perscriptions updated before I head to Italy next week.
About the only thing in store today is a trip to the grocery store. My turn to make dinner again I guess.
Good morning from Southern California. It's bright and sunny and about to toasty.
Last week, I received a letter and with it was a fashion drawing I made about the fifth grade or so. This was from a high school (well, grade school, too) classmate who had been cleaning closets. She had also attended a luncheon with another group of classmates. This morning I received an update about a few of them, in particular, a long-time friend. I stopped receiving Christmas cards from her and now I know why. She had a stroke which affected her hands and feet and she now lives in a nursing home.
Nothing big happening here. I, too, must do some grocery shopping.
