World War II docks constructed off Normandy. I think they were called Mulberry.

If that is wrong, I second the vote for mussels.

There is a body of water not that far from here that has that exact thing .However ,I don't know what its called .I think it has something to do with cleaning up the water .

As far as where you were I shall guess Newfoundland

It is a dedge in the Suez Canal. We were on a cruise as we passed thru the Canal and viewed this. It is a year around afair.

Here is the Dredge machine. First Picture was the pipes used.
