I am bringing Fran home today although there is no real change. She was told she could go home because she hadn't had a temperature in two days. That ended last night when it went to 101. She says she's coming home anyway. Truth be told they are not doing anything that I can't do at home except for her blood work.
I spent the day cleaning and spiffing up the house. Because I'm one step above zombie status (I haven't had over 55 hours sleep in the past 17 days) it took me almost twelve hours to do something I normally would do in five or six but at least she'll be pleased it's clean and somewhat sparkling even though it's not anywhere never what it would look like if she had doen the cleaning.
We don't know what the future holds but we are both so thankful for your continuing prayers and support. It's been a while since I've reviewed the boards so I hope this finds everyone well. If there's anyone who isn't please let me know and I'll add them to my own prayer list which continues with all of our cruisemates who are/were ailing.
I feel like a darned crepe hanger giving all of these "Fran update" reports to the point I almost feel ridiculous because I can't give you any really positive news. Hopefully she will get better once she gets home. Only time will tell.
For the umpteenth time, I am indeed indebted to all of you for your prayers, moral support and kind words. You have make my current road so much easier to travel.
Hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday. It's supposed to be warm and sunny here today and hopefully that will be a spirit raiser as well for us.
Good Morning Todd,
Give Fran a big hug and a kiss for me. I am sure all of your furry kids will be glad to have you both back at the house. I was getting ready to drop you an email this morning. I am praying for fruitful results from the bone marrow biopsy.
Hang in there and try to get some rest. Will be in touch later today.
Such a relief to hear from you this morning Todd. Please don't feel bad that you are the bearer of not-so-good news, we are just happy to hear from you and know you are both hanging in there.
I am glad to hear you are bringing Fran home, she will be much happier there, your fur babies will love the extra attention, and maybe you will get some much needed rest!
Take care, and enjoy the day!
Todd, being at home maybe just the best medicine...familiar surroundings, the pets, and, you! I hope you rest, and take care of yourself as well.
Let's pray Fran has a good week, the beginning of many. xooxo
Trip, with her book & tea!

I bet Fran will rest and feel much better just being home with you. I'm sure she'll totally appreciate the work and effort you put into cleaning. Try to get some rest and look forward to having Fran home again.
