Earlier today I posted that in addition to Carnival having found our lost cell phone, I still had not received an "e-comment card", so I had sent a link from my CruiseMates Miracle review to Carnival instead.
To my surprise, I received a very nice reply this evening, thanking me for taking the time to write the review and for letting them know of my disappointment with the cruise.
They also promised that my complaints about the entertainment, and demeanour of staff would be looked into, as well as my comments regarding the penthouse suite.
They assured me that all comments would be taken seriously, and hoped that we would try Carnival again.
A pretty decent response, I think.....
Donna that is so good the hear that a very large corporation sent a nice reply. I do think that Carnival is working very hard at listening to the people that crusie with them. And I do think also that a large part is due to John Heald's blog.
