The background seems to be a play room for children. Since it is a Disney ship and that is a Disney character it makes sense that perhaps that is part of a game for children.

I just sailed on Liberty in September and no one passed out bacon. You could take your own and there was no limit.
I was just on Sensation in November. there was someone passing out bacon but he put about five pieces on my plate. The person next to me got more than two pieces also.
