Chili tonight! It's stewing in the crock pot right now .... can't wait to get home. Just a quick stop at the grocery store for some mult-grain tortilla scoops.

Suse- I love roasted chicken and I'm craving it now! I love it with roasted lemon/olive/oil herb de provence marindade.

Dinner tonight .... steak! DH picked up some nice strip loins for dinner. And my new thermpen (actualy a replacement thermapen) just arrived ... perfect timing, ready to cook the perfect steak. So dinner tonight ...striploins with peppercorn sauce and caesar salad and roasted asparagus.

mmmm, I love meatloaf and mashed potatoes, smothered in gravy. Unfortunately, DH hates meatloaf. I used to love when he travelled for business; I'd always cook meatloaf.

Last night I made a beef stew. So that wiill be our dinner tonight (although i snaked container of it for my lunch!)

I made a Chicken rice soup from a recipe I got on the dlife website. It came out great. When I ate it I topped it with grated parmesan cheese. A loaf of crusty Italian bread and a glass of red wine would have made a perfect meal.

Hi Queen of Oakville

Nice to meet you. I live in Uk & have a nephew who lives in Oakville. We meet last year, for the first time in around twenty years, when I visited Canada. He promised to come over to Uk this year.
Now despite e-mails & Christmas cards sent to him he hasn't been in touch since

He lives in Stocksbridge Ave. So if you know Mark Kelly from Oakville please smack his bot for me!!!

Regards Joan

I asked the catering department & was told "wait & see" this can mean something nice OR she hasn't a clue yet.

Hi Joan! I don't know him, but I googled his address, and he lives due north of me. Wouldn't that have been funny, if I knew him! Where in the UK are you?
