I believe they are Roman ruins. The hint of a country that has three of them is causing me a problem. I don't know how you could know there were only three sets of ruins. If it were Jordan, I know there is Jarash and might be a couple more. They look like they could be Beit She'an and Israel does have a couple of other locales with Roman ruins.
Of course, it could be Greek but there are hundreds of sets of ruins in Greece.
I will go with Beit She'an in Israel.

Ah, so you are talking about "two" wonders of the ancient world; makes sense now.
How could be so wrong to confuse Roman ruins with Greek ruins, not in Greece.

Yes this is one of the seven (7) wonders of the Ancient world. It it Located in Bodrum Turkey and it is called Mausoleum of Halicarnassus.
We have been fortunate to visit 6 of the wonders. Of course we have been unable to visit the Hanging Garden of Babelon in Iraq. Maybe some day that will come for me. Who knows?
