Ray always stumps me. It is fun to guess where he has been.

Do you remember Mark Twain in Life on the Mississipi? During his training as a cub pilot, his chief asked a question and Mark said, "I was gratified to be able to answer promptly, and I did.
I said I didn't know."

So I thought I would take pity on those like me who are often stumped. Here is an easy one, a very famous set of pillars.

I bet a lot of you have been there or seen pictures of them.

Where are they?

The name is in the properties of the picture, too easy

Mike, I like these that have recognizable locations. Temple of Zeus in heart of Athens; one of my favorite cities.

Sometimes I do that ... and other times the picture just has a name like a4.jpg ... I will have to remember to check before I post!

Yes, the Temple of Zeus is at the beginning of the Antiquities Promenade in Athens.

Now -- the trivia continues:

1) How many pillars are still standing? Count carefully.

2) These pillars are some of the most outstanding examples of which classic Order of Architecture?

I would have got it anyway I think as my picture of it is very, very similar to yours.
