Morning Mates, from a soggy, foggy Saturday in Pictou County.
In the last 24 hours we've had every kind of weather thrown at us. As I left for work yesterday, a few flakes were falling. Half way there I was driving in a blizzard. When I got there the kids wanted to go out sledding, and it was snowing, so why not? Next thing I know, the snow turned to rain, and I stood outside for an hour with them in the fine drizzle. Driving home it was pouring HARD. Now we wake up to heavy fog and light drizzle which is now turning to snow again. What they say in the Maritimes is true: If you don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes and it will change!
Nothing on the agenda for today. Will probably try and finish a paint-by-number I've been working on. These things are not like the kiddie paint-by-numbers. They are huge, and I need a magnifying glass to see the numbers and the tiny shapes. When it's finished you'd never know it was a paint-by-number!
Have a nice Saturday everyone, and I hope you all have better weather!
Our weather is not much better. We are having high winds and some snow, not to mention that it turned quite cold after having a few balmy days.
April can't come fast enough for me.
Have a nice weekend folks.
TM

Good morning Donna and Manuel. After lunch Rob and I are driving to Fredericksburg, Virginia to use a week of timeshare. There are a lot of historical battlefields in the area plus some famous tavens, and of course historic downtown Fredericksburg. We will leave our timeshare a day early to spend the night at our older daughter's house since we will be attending a Bar Mitzvah in Baltimore the following day. Hope all my fellow cruisemates have a wonder president's day weekend!
OMG - did it rain last night ! - it even woke me up and that is not easy.
Quiet weekend in store - I cannot believe it has been nearly 3 weeks since the RTA. At least my usage of painkillers has dropped off - I might even enjoy a little cocktail.
Good morning I’m happy to report a bright and sunny day here with mild temps in the low 40’s. Up earlier today to make D/S a homemade waffles & bacon, it’s been awhile since he’s asked for one so I was more than happy to do so. Not much on the agenda today just a little of this and that. Hope all is well!

More of the same here, cloudy, windy, and fairly warm. I am beyond sick of the clouds. I want some sunshine. Still have laundry to do, and all of the usual household chores.
Good Morning cruisemates! The forecast "rough patch" of weather has begun. Though it's not raining yet, the clouds are very dark. Thunderstorms are in the forcast too, so no golfing today. Don't want to be standing in the middle of a field holding up a metal stick during a thunderstorm
A friend from long ago, who had moved to Toronto, is in town. So if we aren't golfing he wants to go check out some real eastate. Think we'll just drive around on the lookout for open houses.
Morning from the Pacific Northwest..........cool....but not cold.......weatherman says we might get some snow next week........sure hope not........gotta get on that plane on Friday...........
Not much going on today.........maybe throw a few things into a bag........
Well, it was almost a soggy Saturday. We had heavy rain last night, and I expected to awaken to more rain this morning, but it wasn't to be. The sun is out. I suppose we could get more downpour . . .
Keith just left for Riverside and the Wright Flyer Project. I have no particular plans except to read the L. A. Times.
