To all my CruiseMates friends...... Have A Blessed Easter Sunday.
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.“
I was up fairly early (for me) and decided to make my dear hubby a special Easter breakfast. Since I became such an expert at making crepes last weekend (1st try!) I decided to make them again and fill them with ham, onion and cheese, then melt it all in the oven. MMmmmm they were good!
The weather is not very Easter-y. It is still cold, but sunny, and windy too, although not as bad as last night when I thought the roof would blow off!
We sure do get some extreme winds out here...
Planning a special Easter dinner today for friends who are coming over.
I'm looking forward to dessert the most, something called "Burnt Grapes" which is kind of like a creme brule over grapes.
I think I'm going to need a diet next week...
It's a beautiful Easter Sunday here in Minnesota. Blue Skies and temps forecast to hit 65 today. After the last two days of rain I know what I will be doing tomorrow. It will be time to mow the lawn for the first time this year.
Betty is excited about the Thanksgiving cruise. She's been asking questions for the last two days. "So our tips are paid?" Yes "Where is Saint Kitts?" It's in the Virgin Islands near Antigua and Montserrat. "Where's Antigua?"
Well: I must go and place the meat in the oven and chop some cabbage. We are having a late afternoon Easter dinner so it's nice not to be rushed.
Kuki: Have a fun and safe cruise on Crystal. Enjoy playing gold with the "pros". Maybe you could get a Skins Game going. We all know that your unofficial career is "golf hustler". :o
To everyone: Have a wonderful Easter Sunday and fantastic week.

I hope that all my fellow cruisemates had a wonderful Easter. Our computer was attacked by viruses so I have been off line. In one week and a day Rob and I leave for our three week cruise. Time just can't fly by fast enough!
