Morning Mates, from a cool and dreary Pictou County. We're back down to 4 degrees again and dull. We never got the rain yesterday, in fact it turned into a beautiful day, but it sure looks like rain today...
We are celebrating a double birthday today, our fur babies' !
Strangely, although Emma is 9 and Lucy is 3, they both share the same birthdate. Happy birthday to my fur babies...
Well, Happy Birthday Emma and Lucy! Summer arrived yesterday in Ontario-and promptly left today Unreal-shorts one day, jeans and hoody the next. But we shouldn't complain-the poor folks on the prairies are in a real mess with the flooding and it's only going to get worse before it's over.
It's days like today that make me wish my cruise was 9 days away, not 9 months! Happy May Day everyone

It's been a busy few days around here. My granddaughter's 9th birthday was yesterday and we attended her party. She had nine friends at the party and seven of them were staying for a sleep over in their new motor home.
It was a fun party and it's funny to see that many nine year olds interact. I'll admit that my granddaughter did a good job of being a hostess.
Not much on the agenda for today. We'll have to figure out some fun activity for my grandson who is staying with us until Tuesday. As of now he's having fun playing with his toys in his room. I think he's destroying something right now because I hear him making "explosion" noises. We are taking care of him to give his sister a "little brother" free time and his mom and dad have classes to attend, during the day, on Monday and Tuesday.
I hope everyone has a good Sunday and I also hope that this week is a wonderful one.

Judy, all the photos on my computer pop up on the screen saver on a rotating basis. Every so often those shots of you, Keith, my cousin and myself pop up outside Rubys and on the boardwalk...happy memories!
