Love anything lime. Favorite drink is a Vodka Gimlet - 3 parts vodka, 1 part Roses of Lime Juice, lots of ice. Would love to know how to make a Key Lime Martini - never heard of it.

I'm with you. That would be a terrible waste of good chocolate!

I would like to try one, even if it's not low-cal.

Default Your Favorite Cocktail?

I used to drink nothing but gin and tonics, but I have learned to like Cosmopolitans. Mostly, I just have a glass of pinot grigio.

"Kickin' Key Lime Pie Martini"
from Hungry Girl Happy Hour (LOVE this book!)

1 1/2 oz. lime vodka
1 oz. sugar-free calorie-free vanilla-flavored syrup (coffee flavoring, I buy mine at Starbucks, but I know they have it in grocery stores in the coffee aisle.)
1 oz. pineapple juice
1/2 oz. lime juice
1 Tbs. Cool Whip Free, thawed
Optional garnish: lime slice

Combine all ingredients in a glass and stir until smooth. Transfer to a shaker filled with ice.

Shake thoroughly and then strain into a large martini glass. If you like, finish it off with a slice of lime on the rim of the glass...and enjoy!

Recipe makes 1 serving. 129 calories, 0 g. fat, 21 mg. sodium, 7 g carbs, 0 g. fiber, 4 g. sugars, 0 g. protein.
