Earlier tonight I was reading about a rock band based in CT . with a musician named Paul Motter .

Do you have the same name (first and last) of someone famous in another field ?

The actress Linda Purl,and there is Linda Pearl a musician,and a Linda Pearl, behind the scenes, in the movie biz.

I've googled my name to see if there is anyone famous ,not in the arts but there is someone in science . My last name is the same as a high ranking politician .

there are VERY few people on this planet with my last name. None other with my first/last name. Guess I'm special

Not a chance! I've heard of a few people with my first name, and quite a few with my maiden name, even fewer with my married name, but no one with the same name

On FaceBook I was signing up. I go by Laura Dinardi Berry. Shortly after I signed up for FB I saw another Laura DiNardi. I contacted her and asked where she was from. She was born and raised in my home town, Melrose Mass. So I went to her profile and looked at her picture. There is a family resemblance. I asked what her Fathers name is and she said Paul. I have a cousin Paul that I had not seen in years I thought she was his daughter. Eventually I was proved wrong on that too. I guess I will have to dig back and find the connection. Strange coincidence.

Yes,I know but earlier this year when I posted a similiar question one of the CM regulars got angry because he felt and rightly so that people for the most part prefer to use a screen name rather than their real name for security .
