Out of Hell’s Kitchen & In To An Epic Culinary Cruise
Chef Matt Sigel and CruiseMates join together once again for an Epic Group Cruise onboard the NCL Epic sailing the beautiful pristine waters of the Eastern Caribbean – March 17- 24 -
Group cruise participants will participate in several personal cooking demonstrations by previous contestant on TV’s Hell’s Kitchen, and now renowned Chef, Matt Sigel.
This is our second group cruise with Chef Matt. The first cruise was so well accepted and enjoyed that we just had to have another. If you missed the first one, this is your opportunity to join in the culinary fun!

Sure and Beggorah Kids, it's going to be a fun cruise on the Epic! Matt Sigel showed us how easy it was to make restuarant worthy dishes,and this year, Chef Matt is back again, to wow us all, once again! I am thrilled to be hosting once again, on the Epic.

Trip, I would be delighted to meet you also. It is far from a done deal. The price needs to be right for me to do it. I am asking for a regular inside cabin so I will have to go with the 200%. Not sure yet. We shall see.

OK count us in on this great cruise. Trying to talk my sil and others into booking too. Looking forward to it. Hope Matt does his coffee steak again, YUMMY!
One thing I've never understood. On sail-away to the Caribbean at least they always have Caribbean music. Why doesn't anyone ever play Frankie Ford's, "Sea Cruise," which to me is far more appropriate.
Of course that's a rhetorical question. Nobody remembers it!
C'mon folks, get on board! Stretch that budget! As my late 'ol buddy Justin Wilson from Baton Rouge Louisiana, used to holler, :"I guarrronnntee" you'll have a blast even if it means Ray and Todd have to do a "production number!"
Now THAT alone would be worth the price not to mention the video would be memorable to say the least...me at 6'4" 264 lbs. singin' and dancin' as Ray circled with flags flyin' on his scooter! My God, they'd put us both on the "Farm."
But don't worry, I wouldn't scare the kids!
See? Even the staid and serious "Todd the Reserved" can offer a surpise or three!
