What a wonderful newspaper story about two wonderful people! In the relatively short time you've lived in Pictou, it's obvious you've become integral and respected assets to your community.
Hope you both have an absolutely wonderful day!
As for yours truly it'll be pretty much a "chillin" with a little house work type of day. Though sunny, Fall is finally in the air here.
Prayers and Blessings continue!

Donna: Have a fun day getting re-married. Betty and I thought about renewing our vows but the first ones said "until death do us part" so I guess they won't be expiring for a while.
Today will be a work day with some more de-cluttering. Betty's directive is to clean out the garage cupboards. Throw away the jars of nuts and bolts, old plumbing stuff and PVC pipe. I did make a good start at it last night and threw a bunch of stuff away. I "flopped out" yesterday afternoon and woke up around 8 so I just went out and started chucking stuff. I probably threw out the family jewels but if I hadn't used it I didn't need it.
Tonight is a work night for Betty. She is covering for the weekend tech and she'll be working 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.. For me it's "Guys night out". Two friends and I will hit the Nudie Bars and Strip Clubs. Not actually, it's my "pseudo-nephew's" choir concert and then the guys are going out for dinner, at our favorite steakhouse (Manny's) and couple of drinks. We'll be home by midnight.
I hope everyone has a great Saturday and a wonderful weekend.

How exciting Donna. I hope your day goes beautifully, Congratulation!!
A chilly morning here so the heat is on just to take out the chill but the 70’s are making a comeback for next week!
I started making lists for my two cruising partners; see we all are responsible for bringing certain things like liquid hand soap, bathroom spray & over the door shoe holder etc…. So each cruise I print out and mail a check list for things to bring and suggested list of things to bring like a cheap beach towel, water shoes etc… these are thing they don’t think of and then when they see me with them they say “ I wish I would of brought that”, it’s just how they roll!
Tomorrow is the 43rd annual HOUBY DAY festival where I grew up, always love houby day!
