Morning mates. Had a busy afternoon with dad yesterday at the wound clinic. His houseshoes had rubbed a place on his toe that does not want to heal. They did bloodwork and and did a foot wrap. I've got the stuff to keep doing it until next week when he goes back. He has two tests at the hospital in a few weeks.

I'm up early this morning. I did a lot of tossing and turning last night. I'm getting too old to have a pile of cats sleep on me and it not hurt. The cats don't see it that way. My daughter has her wisdom teeth cut out late this morning. Her daddy is taking her to the appointment.

Safe travel to those on the road.

Hi Kids,
Waiting for the rain too come, but, it's better than snow. It's pretty sneaky when the sun, peeks through, like it just did! The color of the leaves this year, between the crazy weather, & snow, has been less then stellar this season.... wonder if leaf peepers on cruises, sailing up the coast got gypped this yr?

Someone asked me on FB if I had a jewelry page, who knew you could just start one? So, I did get it set up,[I am such a techy] Now, I have to figure out how, #1, to take better pictures, and # 2, how to get them up on the page!

Yesterday, I made an apple pie, chicken salad,and a creamy chicken corn soup....I think I just want leftovers today,and do nothing, is that ok?

Hope RD is enjoying her road trip,and is bring back dozens of bagels, Todd, smile, tootsie, Moraine, pick your feet up for a bit today, like moi.....<vbg>

I am also up very early this morning but I went to sleep around 7 last night. The night before I didn't sleep too much so I guess I needed to.

Today is just a laundry, dusting and vacuuming day and nothing else on the agenda.

Moraine: I hope all goes well with your daughter's wisdom teeth extraction. I don't think I could handle cats laying on me.

Good morning
It is COLD outside! A high today of 39 degrees is what their calling for. I have a doctor appointment with an ENT today to address the fluid in the ear problem. It’s all sinus related I’m sure but the waves of pain in my ear has to stop especially before I board a plane.

Moraine…. I say a little extra pampering is in store for her today.

Trip…. Can I come live with you? Your always making such yummy things!

Aerogirl, I know all about those sinus infections and going through one right now, ear ache included. MY stomach doesn't like the antibiotic, either.

I plan to get a haircut later. Didn't want to be on the freeway whn it rains tomorrow and Saturday.

Hi Mates,
Arrived in Montreal at 9 a.m. after a 20 hr. train journey. Tired is the word.
Presently visiting my old daycare, then on to some friends, then to the show tonight.
Trip, you can bet I will pick up bagels before I leave!
