The capt. and his staff are usually out and about on the ship. Much easier to meet them than you might think.

Hang out at the crew sauna - they will be hot when they come out. Though by the time a mariner makes captain they will be a wee bit older than 25.

The youngest,and hottest RCI Captain I have seen is, Captain Wright. I think he is on the Oasis or the Allure now. Last time I saw him, was on our freedom cruise, and he is a very nice guy.

Other than polite conversation,and possibly dining at the Captain's table, what are you expecting?

Captain Wright. Not bad not bad at all.

Man I'm glad my next cruise is RCI. They got some hotties on board. Here is professional skater Matt Kessinger according to RCI website.
