Our rain turned to snow yesterday. Nothing still on the ground in Indianapolis but we still have icy roads. Up north far more snow.

Morning green rd and all to follow...
Sorry you have snow, ours is all gone except one lump in the backyard where the plow dumped most of the driveway snow. A week ago it was a winter wonderland, now it is all green again! I went out and took pics of my Christmas decorations yesterday, they look funny with a green background!
I love these sparkly snowflakes (Dollar Store). They hang in a bare tree out front by the road. I have made a reputation with the locals who wait to see what decoration I will hang out next on my tree!
Last night I went to see the Muppet movie. If you were ever a Muppet fan, expecially of the late, great, Muppet Show, you MUST make time to see this movie! A barrel of laughs from beginning to end and you will go home singing "manah manah doo doo doo doo do...."
Morning mates. We got off to a frosty start this morning. No snow though. The sun is out and it will warm up. I'm having lots of quiet time this morning. I had none yesterday morning. I never know. I hope everyone has a had day.
No snow here on the east coast of Va. But our temps sure have dropped !! 74 to 47 Sucks big time !!! I am NOT a winter person. That's why we moved from Michigan many years ago. But if this keeps up I might have to move further south,,,,
Donna love the tree,,,we had a "treelady" here as well. She decorated a small pine tree in the middle of the interestate for all to see. Not just at xmas but every occasion,,,easter,4th of july etc,,,But the powers that be chopped the tree down saying it was a traffic hazard. The got so much flack from the public they planted a tree at the entrance of big shopping ctr for her to decorate. This was several years ago,,,don't know if it still continues.
Hope everyone has a wonderful Humpday,,,
Prayers to those in need,,,,
Tried to post early this morning but I guess the site was down.
It's a cold raw day here in upper East Tennessee. Nothing on tap here today except for housework.
I remember as a child Green-RD walking to public school in Indianapolis in the mid fifties and throwing snowballs at cars on College Ave.......that is until we happened to target an IPD's Detective's car! Of course it was open season on the buses and anyway, you couldn't miss!
Loved the decorations as well Donna, the stars look cute.
Winter weather's here whether or not we like it. It never ceases to crack me up when, during the hot and humid summer months many are wishing for winter and then when it comes, are wanting summer back again.
I too wish everyone a good "Over the hump day" and of course Prayers and a request for Blessings upon all, continue.

Good morning! Winter here in SoCal includes high winds, unfortunately. You know what that means: fire. Strong winds start tonight, apparently.
We spent most of the afternoon yesterday at the clinic. Keith had some skin cancers removed and then waited a long time to see a dr. to listen to his chest. He's on an antibiotic to dry up some of the stuff in his lungs. Also cough medicine, but not an evil tasting potion. It's in pill form! Seemed to work, too.
Donna, I liked you decorations. We've never decorated outside.

Travelnut, I remember that tree! Right near the Coliseum in Hampton. We used to love to watch and see what would be up on it next. The pictures of Washington and Lincoln right before President's day was one of my favorites. We sure miss it. And thanks to our yo-yo weather, I got to spend the afternoon with my doctor. A sinus infection that has moved to my chest. Yuck!
