Morning Mates, it's my favourite day of the week! I survived this work week, and between the pre-Christmas excitement, the big storm brewing, and the full moon, let's just say it's a miracle that the kids survived too. Man, they were wired!
Last night we had our YMCA staff Christmas dinner (just the after school people, as there are 5 schools in the program). We had a great dinner at a Chinese restaurant, and lots of laughs.
Today I am off to buy some "special food" for our own Christmas Open House tomorrow, and when that's done, I'm coming home to CLEAN house!
Good Morning RD and all CruiseMates to follow. Seems like you have a day cut out for you. Your dinner sounds great. I love Chinese.
No special plans here as yet but I am considering several options. I might pack a lunch and go to one of the lovely parks here in Lakeland. Have a great day everyone.
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.“
Morning mates. It's bright and sunny outside but chilly. Dad is getting to sleep late. I'm having my quiet time. I have nothing pressing to do today for a change. Looks like a nice day ahead. Have a good one all.
Good Morning cruisemates from the patio perch in Scottsdale, AZ. My patio heater was installed earlier in the week, and it's terrific, allowing me to once again enjoy my coffee on the patio, even though temps are mid 40s.
Today, heading to Carefree for a game of golf, and then dinner out yet again.
More friends have arrived in town, so it's back to a spurt of being busy busy.
We don't have any special plans. I did some work in my yard this morning and we will go out to dinner this evening.

didn't do much of anything today as I hvea a cold. Cleaned a little here, a little there, took a nap, read....that's about it. It was mostly cloudy and very cool here in upper East Tennessee.
I thought about going to the better of two Chinese Buffets here in town but just didn't have the "giddy up and go."
Tonight will be some TV and more reading, so in short, atotal laid back day about which I feel no guilt whatsoever.
Tomorrow, however, the laundry calls!
Donna, can I come to you open house too?
Prayers and Blessings abound as usual.
