Thankfully I am better this morning but still have a long way to go. I have finally learned my lesson not to "push it." I shall be resting the entire day today and spend the entire day reading, attempting to regain some strength even after spending yesterday from about 1:00 pm on in bed. My BP was high yesterday but it is starting back down. I was able to sleep most of the night so that definitely helped. I am hoping today to get some appetite back.
Have a lot of house work to do but it will wait until tomorrow.
Hope those who don't have to work and I hope Moiraine, you get some help with your Dad and that you can relax a little.
Prayers continue for all those on the list along with the continuous request for Blessings up everyone.

Morning mates. I was up late reading...again. Dad has an appointment this afternoon with Dr. Doom and Gloom. I'm going to tell him to take him to the cath lab. I hope I can go with him. The wound clinic doctor said that is what needs to happen next...regardless. I'm pretty sure that I agree. I hope that I am doing the right thing. It should open up a blockage and get circulation going to his leg again.
Todd, I hope you enjoy your day reading. The housework is going nowhere. Please eat something....cheerios and milk is better than nothing.
As for help, the teen washed dishes last night. I was kind of surprised. I did not have to fix supper either. I won't have to tonight, either.
Good morning, it is cold here in NW GA. Another lazy day ahead. Not allowed to do anything and it is getting old.
Loaded more books on my Nook and cannot get interested in reading right now. Jim got me the 'simple touch' and I finally got all 350 something books transferred from my old one. I do like the fact that it is so lightweight, my left arm is definitely not my dominate one.
Jim cooked speghetti last night and I wore as much as I ate. Not a pretty sight. He is taking the next 2 weeks off to continue as my nurse. Hope he can stand the boredom.
Took me about 10 mins. to type this, time for more coffee and rest.
Hi Kids,
Another bright day here, but the chilly willies come in tomorrow, for a few days. No snow in the forcast. so that's good.
BJM, the Fire must be a bit different then the nook, because, all my books got transferred when I registered it. I do understand, having nothing to read though, even when you have a zillion books...I await my new book club in the mail..7 books...<oh my>
My husband the supermarket-aholic, just cam home with Bob Evans frozen food for 49 cents each!! We have none of their restaurants here, but, sale food
Hope everyone is doing well...make it a good one.

Trip, the library transferred but I had to click the download button on each book to complete the download. There may be another way to do it but I am no techno geek.
Good morning all! Started out the New Year at the triplets 3rd birthday party. I have never seen a pile of presents attacked with such ferocity!
My rehabilitation from the knee surgery is going well. I get physical therapy 3 times a week and it has done wonders. I started back to work last week from home and will work from home this week, returning to the office next week .
Christmas was fun filled with family and granddaughters. Marj surprised me with a Wii and I got plenty of Barnes and Noble gift cards to help keep my Nook Color stocked.
Everyone have a great day and here is a picture of Natalie who got a Christmas Eve visit from Santa (AKA Great Uncle Tommy )

BJM, ok.. I would have to download each one as well, but, will do it when I read it..The manuel with the Fire is a pia, as far as I am concerned...I am sure I am using a tiny percentage of what it's capable of, but technology is not my strong suit

Oh what a lazy day this is going to be for us. It is snowing outside but I'm sure the grandkids are jumping for joy. Doesn't look like it will amount to very much so they maybe unhappy later on.
Since the TV will be full of Bowl Games today I am sure D/H will be planted in the recliner for most of them. Ohio State is the only game I will be keeping an eye on even though I am not a big football fan. Give me basketball and that I will watch.
Todd, don't worry about the housework. My youngest sister told me many years ago she had heard that dust protects wood so I haven't dusted in years. This furniture will last forever in my house! Just take it easy and rest up.
Trip, Bob Evans started in Rio Grande, Ohio which is only about 35 minutes from us. My Mom loves to eat at their resturants so I get there quite often with her. Sounds like you got some good bargains in the frozen food isle today.
We had a nice new year's celebration and now are starting our first year as Florida residents.
