Another Monday (Actually Tuesday) without Rollerdonna?
Uhhhh, I should have said Tuesday but it feels as if it were Monday as I'm sure it does to many of you. But at least it will be a short week.
I thought RD would be back by now. I, as are many of you, awaiting her cruise review.
It's chilly out there this morning at 22F with a high projected to be 29F but it's supposed to be 58 by Friday or Saturday. Go figure.
Merced Mike, when I went to watch your visual review of your cruise I believe that your site is one that I used to look at all the time and is one reason I got so interested in cruising!
Am somewhat better today (thank Heavens) but I'm going to take baby steps today. I guess my life henceforth will be do a little, rest a little, do a little, rest a little. It's frustrating as you-know-what and I know I'll have to adjust simply because as "Dirty Harry" used to say, "You gots to know your limitations."
Hope everyone has a good back to work day and that everyone has a little less stress in their life. Prayers and Blessings continue but of course.

I feel good today. I actually got a full eight hours of sleep last night. Maybe it was because Betty was working overtime and worked all night. She just got home about a half hour ago and will be back at the salt mines at 3:30 this afternoon.
I think I'll give dusting a try this morning. I should be able to hobble around and dust. Tomorrow I finally start Physical Therapy. Because of the holidays and the timing of my surgery I couldn't start until now. I think it's been too long. I've been bad and I'm doing more bending of the knee and I reset my brace to bend 40 degrees instead of the 30 degrees that the doctor set it at. It is working well and the knee is bending more and hurting less each day. I am not relishing the thought that I'll have this dang brace for another two months. My goal is to have the brace gone by March 2 when I have my family and friends cruise on the Carnival Liberty.
Todd: I "edited" the title of the thread so people won't think it's yesterday's. I hope you can get around a bit today but take it easy.
I hope everyone has a wonderful Tuesday and a great kick off to the new year.
Take care,
Mike

Good morning Todd and Mike as well as others to follow.
You guys take easy and hopefully you will feel better as time goes by.
It's a cool morning here but it's sunny and in a couple of days it will go back to the seventies.
Have a nice day everyone.

Christmas, New Years, the bad(!) birthday are all over!! It is back to the regular grind starting today (yesterday afternoon for DH as he had to work!!). DD#2 is off on one of her observations today and has a class for PT boards the rest of the week. DD#1 is moved into new house and has week off so she can reclaim a normal life after putting everything in it's place. I am back in the office to catch up and start year end work for clients.
Nothing much else going on here. It is cold - 19 degrees F at present - with a dusting of snow from yesterday. Dogs do not like to go outside when it is this cold. I can't blame them!
