Oscar nominations announced today

The GREAT movie ,THE ARTIST received 10 nominations .

This is a must see film IMHO .

Once again Leonardo DiCaprio is shunned. I wonder what he did in the past to piss people off….it must have been good! He’s been nominated in the past but rarely wins.
He has played so many good parts and he get zip!

He played the part of a person that Americans hated ,its sort of like an actor portraying Hitler of Mussolini .

I consider the Artist to be in a class by itself as far as quality of film .

A friend of mine has a film that he considers his masterpiece .He has been working on the film for years ,shooting and reshooting .Hopefully the film will be out this year and get Oscar nominations next year .
