Morning Mates, Todd must be sleeping in this morning, hopefully that means he's had a better sleep with his new lower mattress!
It looks to be another dull weather day here, cloudy/rainy but humid. I'm off to Aquafitness, another Tim's Tour in French (day camp), and tonight is Roller Derby. Might just fit a nap in this afternoon!
Here's another photo of my weekend at Ship Hector. These are all talented local musicians playing at a Ceilidh (Kay-lee) in front of the ship, it was wonderful! We are so lucky to live here!
Going to be a busy day at work and also the last of the workweek. I am beginning to feel like a hamster in a wheel, constantly on the run but getting nowhere fast.
Heard on the radio that Philly is the most foul mouthed city in the US. All I can say is what a bunch of #*#**# $** #&#^ that is!
Everyone have a great day!!!!

Good morning from a beautiful Texas. It is nice this morning, but will be 116 by 2:00 this afternoon. That is the regular temp. The heat index will be higher.
I sure do wish I had Bella's energy, as she is zipping around the house. Poor thing did not do well on this weekends trip. She was carsick most of the way down. We called the vet, and he told us what to do, and her trip home was much better.
It is hard to believe that it is already August. Where did the summer go?
I talked to Todd last night, and he sounds much better, but please continue with your thoughts and prayers. It kills me that I am not close enough to get to him, in order to help.
Well I guess I had better go and get started on my day. Doug and Donna, thanks for the morning picts.
Thanks for everyone's concern. I was much better last night........I even went to bed which was early. Had to get up around 1:00 am (remember I'm 65 so......) Anyway, even though the bed is much lower I did something (I still don't know what...probably tuned over the wrong way or something) . Cosequently, I've been up since around 1:30 and am on my way to lie down and get some rest. Did something I hadn't had to do and swore I wouldn't but I have to take it all back. The pain was so severe I actually had to take prescription pain medication (oxycontin) and that made it bearable.
Now that I can't keep my eyes open, I'll finally get some sleep and pray that after while I'll be able to get up with less pain. Actually, I don't have a choice so if the pain returns to the severity it was early this morning, I'll have to do the old commie routine, "Two steps forward and one back." Guess I expected much too much more quickly than I thought. I figured the healing process would have started.] guess I wished for too much. Now it's off to bed before my face winds up in my keyboard.
Hope everyone has a good run-up to the weekend!

Slept in a little late today but need to get my butt to the gym and do my walk.
Going out for dinner tonight for my 49th birthday today...do I have to turn 50 next year?
Hope everyone has a good day!

Luanne 116 is very hot, you better not do too much outside today.
Happy birthday Robin. You do not have to turn 50 next year. You turn back the clock and become 39...
Todd take easy.
