I have tons of errands to do this morning, and then to get by house in order.

As I siad to LuAnne this morning, it soon to be our turn to float away!

The Weater Service is calling for heavy rain (2-4") this evening and tomorrow. Guess we need it to some degree but I don't think we need this much! Ah well, nature is nature and there ain't nuthin' you can do about it. Anyway, it'll be a couple of good days to both read and get whatever housework I can do, done.

To all of you who are getting the heavy rains. I hope that they stop before some damage is done.

It's nice and sunny here and we won't get get much rain for a while unless a hurricane comes along. And we don't need that.

Good morning from an end-of-fiscal year crazed office. Two weeks left to give the money out, but I am in good shape with 3 awards to go. If the documentation was all final I have about two hours to finish. Once done, I have plenty of other things to amuse me until September 30.

We will be moving into our new home on October 12. We got inside for the first time this weekend and they are working quickly to get the roof finished, the home anchored and the utilities connected. Can't wait as most of my worldly possessions are boxed up.

Nice looking place there DougR. Hope you get moved with no problems.

It's wet here. I managed to take the dog for her walk during a break in the rain. I've been doing housework this morning. I'm going to fix chili for my bro this evening.
