I thought the same thing, Donna. I remember months ago reading an article or something where in once they had removed the fuel, they were going to tow it some place where it was to be broken up instead of repaired. I also am under the impression the fuel is now long gone yet the ship remains in its present location.
I'm just guessing but it could still be there as a result of litigation which could continue for years. Let's hope not.
