Morning Mates, the sun is up and it looks like a beautiful day. Yesterday the windchill temps dropped to around -27C or 16 below F. Brrrrr!
Today it is supposed to warm up and we might get some more snow, or maybe rain.
No big plans for the day, might go to Costco tomorrow with a friend, looking for new sheets and a new bed for Griffin. Do you think t's about time?
He was a 3lb. ball of fluff when we brought him home 4 months ago, now at almost 6 months, he is 10 lbs and has outgrown his little bed!
Good morning from a beautiful Texas. We are sunny, and warming up.
Donna, Jim and I were looking at Griffins picture on FB last night. We agree that he and Bella could be twins. Bella is a little darker, and older, but they look so much alike.
Today my plans are to do all those things I have put off all week. It is also Falcons day.
Yesterday was a new experience for me. We live in a very small town, pop 50,000, and only have two grocery stores. One is Wal Mart and the other is a Texas company called HEB. The HEB store is smaller, and the one I preferred, but they are building a new store that is suppose to the the largest in Texas. I prefer the smaller, so I shopped at Wal Mart yesterday. I have avoided it because I can't get out of the store without spending to much. I suffer from ADHD when I shop . You know what I am talking about. "I need bananas, oh look at that sweater!!" Now I have to teach myself to only see food.
Well, I have to get going, so everyone have a good day.
Good morning mates. It's bright and sunny here. It's also in the 20's. I have a day of housework ahead of me and an evening of either tv or reading.
Luanne, I laughed at you're post. I was grocery shopping yesterday when I walked by the baby clothes and noticed all of the cute stuff I wanted to by my grand niece. I kept walking since I'd just bought her three new outfits last week. My head tells me that the child has plenty of other people to buy for her, too, otherwise I'd be buying every cute outfit I see.
Well I cant stand the any longer and so I was forced to book a little trip to California for Feb 16th- 19th. Its a short trip but airfare was really good through Virgin America that I figured what the heck. I never flew the airline before but read nice things about it. I know I want to hit Disneyland for one day but not sure where we should really stay, I'm thinking Huntington Beach or Long Beach. Our flight time puts us in LA at 11:00 am and we don't leave on the 19th until I think 5:00 pm, I was trying to squeeze all the time I could out of the trip.
Not much going on today other than my Saturday work. Have a great day!
