Morning Mates, is it only Tuesday? I have been up since dark:30. I have to get Griffin to the groomer's by 8:30 this morning, then off for my aquafitness class. There is a supposed snowstorm brewing, so hope I am back home before it hits, and even more strongly hope it will be called a snow day before I have to leave for work...
Good morning Donna, and all those to follow. It is a beautiful, sunny day here in Texas. We got up to 76 yesterday, and should be near there today.
I had the most wonderful day yesterday. Jim and I went shopping for me. I wanted something that would replace my computer. I didn't want another full size, but something like an I-Pad. We looked at the I-Pad 4, but fell in love with the new Kindle. I was also able to sale back my old Kindle, so it worked out really good. Today I need to finish downloading my stuff.
After we got back home, Jim baked my birthday cake himself. My hubby is many things, but baker he is not, but he did a great job, and it's melts in your mouth.
The rest of the night was quality time for the two of us. My birthday wishes were to have no tears, and to be clear minded. It all came true. It makes you appreciate what we really have.
Today, I am back to being chief cook and bottle washer, but I have memories of yesterday.
Good Morning Luanne & Donna A very cold start to the day with temps at -1 right now and not getting too much warmer, however I do see that it's should be more normal temps later this week. I need to get my workout in and than grocery shopping...or at least I hope to get my shopping done.

Not much happening here. Next two days are busy. Meeting with my clients for year end.
Currently have gas man installing our tank for the generator. No more living without electricity during summer storms and/or bad winter weather. We have experienced the summer storms last year and lost power for 6 six days in 100 degree F heat. No fun!
Good morning mates. It's sunny and chilly here. Just another day of house work here. I tossed and turned last night. I don't have a lot of energy. I crawled out before the cats could bother me to feed them this morning.
