My favorite of my hubby's photos

My hubby got this fancy new camera with a super close up lens and special lighting. It was pricey as heck and I was kind of annoyed. Then he took this picture and I understood why he wanted that expensive stuff. This is one of the best picture I have even seem. But he is my hubby so I might be bias.LOL BTW this spider was about the size of a dime or smaller. We never really see the beauty around as do we?

I think he should to, but he always sees the flaws in his photos and doesn't want to submit them. Getting the photo was tough for him the spider wouldn't hold still. He keep trying to crawl up the walls. I suggested glueing his little legs but my hubby was against it. No spiders were harmed. After my hubby took the picture then Sammy the spider was released back into the wild. PETA would be proud. ;)

Small world: One of my ex-girlfriends tried to eat me, also.

Seriously, is that a juvenile Cobalt Blue Tarantula? My boy just did a project on them for school (with daddys help)... he thinks theyre really, really cool.

We found that little guy in the garden I believe it's a phidippus audax spider (jumping spider). He was really small. According to the websites these spiders only get to 1320 millimetres (0.510.79 in) in length. But your son is right Tarantulas are cool. ;)
