Morning Mates, happy 4th of July to those of you south of the border!
I found this photo for you, and it is a cruise ship!
I have a busy day ahead; going to the Ship Hector for 7 a.m. for a TV taping (Toronto Breakfast Television on CTV). Followed by aquafitness, another visit to the Employment office, and later a bank appointment. So much for summer vacation....at least the sun came out today!
Looks as if you certainly have a busy day planned. While yes, it's a Holiday here, it's going to be a wet one for many up and down the East Coast.
It's heavily overcast and rainy here in Upper East Tennessee and is going to remain so through tomorrow.
Nevertheless I hope everyone enjoys their "4th" regardless of the weather. I shall though I'll remain home. I had to turn down an invitation because of my present situation, But I sincerely appreciated the offer.
Hope everyone takes a few minutes out of their day to honor the men and women of our military, who continue to preserve our freedoms.
May God Bless the United States of America on this, her 237th birthday!

It's a cloudy with some sun 4th in NW Ohio. To be near 80 today. Not much happening around here other than DH only works 8 hours today! Otherwise, during shutdown, he is working 12 hours every day until we leave for vaca!
I know DD#2 is working today so she can have a three-day weekend. She does in-home physical therapy, so she had to have enough clients agree to PT on a holiday. I assume if they are recuperating, it would not be a big deal as they are probably not traveling much to begin with!
I hope all have a great 4th. Continue to feel better all who are not up to snuf!
Good morning. In the 80's today. It's beginning to cool off for a couple of days.
We just watched the annual ragtag Fourth of July Neighborhood Parade . . . you know, decorate the dog, get some flags out, put the kids in the stroller and follow a pickup truck playing patriotic music (I think it was patriotic, sounded like country music, though).
Happy 4th of July to our neighbours south of the border. I was listening to a radio interview with David Jocobson, US Ambassador to Canada, he told a story about not being able to drive during his 4 years in Ottawa. Of course he would be chauffeured by staff. I did get a chuckle when he said that he got to drive the Zamboni to resurface the ice at the arena where the Ottawa Senators play their home games.
