Default Tuesday Good Morning

Morning Mates, after another super gorgeous day yesterday with temps in the 30's or 80's F, it has clouded over and it looks like rain today.
Last night we had the most spectacular sunset, with the sky all mottled with clouds, it looked like a Thomas Kinkaid painting.

This morning I'm off to aquafitness, love that class so much, gets my body moving in the morning. Have a good day everyone!

Good Morning!! This morning I came out here as usual and made my coffee. As I sat down to enjoy my coffee I got a huge surprise that really opened my eyes.....WIDE!! In my email was a note from my cousin Patricia in California. She got a promotion from where she works. It offers her a free all expense paid cruise for two. Two nights before and after the cruise in a hotel and a rental car for the week. She offered it to me. Now, I have been known to do crazy things but I never have been crazy enough to turn down a free cruise. It will give me time to spend with my cousin as I have not seen much of her since we were in Massachusetts. She is 16 years younger than I. Of course it did not take me long to send her an email and let her know I would go. Of course I could still win the cruise I chose from Carnival for the agent's special.
Today looks to be a nice day coming up I think I will go out walking this morning.
Breakfast time for me. After that it will be time to get dressed and ready for the day. Have a fantastic day.

Laura

Good morning Donna, and Laura, and all those to follow.

It is another beautiful day here.

I am not sure what we will do today. Jim had to go into work, and be read the official furlough letter, and then I guess he will be back home.

I hope all of you have a good day.

Luanne

Hi Kids,
What a glorious fall day, but surprise, tomorrow will be in the 80's...wahoooo!

Just wanted to let my CM'ers know Bruce is recovering from spinal surgey last week...not the easiest recovery, but, the hard part is behind us now,and wanted to extend our thanks for the many prayers sent our way.

Laura, I think your news is delicious! Tell us all the facts, when you can....

October is breast cancer awareness month, get tested please! Be your own best advocate..I heard a new term this morning so, I will say...I am a 3 time breast cancer thriver...xox

Think I will grab a bite before the pt, comes to see Bruce...

Make it a good one

Default Good Tuesday Morning

Good morning.

Laura, that's a wonderful surprise! Tell us what ship, the itinerary, and when you travel when you get a chance.

My day plan is to go to Pasadena to see an optomitrist. Gotta get my driver's license renewed before Keith has his knee surgery this month.

Enjoy your day, everybody.

Judy

Thanks everyone for the good wishes. It was certainly a surprise and I am really excited. I will be sure to share the details when I have had a chance to talk to Patricia. It was about 4:00 AM when I read that and I did not dare call her in California at that hour. I am not sure of her work schedule so I left it to her to call me.
Judy I pray that Keith comes through his surgery with flying colors.

Good evening from Virginia Beach where it was in the low 80's today. Trip, wishing your hubby, Bruce, a speedy recovery from surgery. Today, my husband, Rob, was a bit "under the weather"; yesterday, he had gotten a flu shot at the hospital that he volunteers, and had a slight reaction. Needless to say, Rob, slept for most of the morning on the couch downstairs. He volunteers at the hospital every Wednesday morning so, hopefully, he will be able to make it, tomorrow. Hope that all of my cruisemates had a great day!
