Laura cut & paste the letter to PaulMotter@cruisemates.com, so they can see what's going on...

It looks like the reverend has been wiped off the database so he shouldn't be bothering anyone for a while.

If anyone receives a suspicious or spam PM from someone please report it. We have NO ACCESS to anyone's PM's so we can't delete them or read them. Please include the username of whoever sent it to you in your report. At that point we can delete and block the user.

If the person is a really good looking single lady who wants to take people on a fully paid cruise then forward that one to me.

If in doubt, delete it and NEVER CLICK on a link!!

Take care,
Mike

Actually - in a case like this I can access a person's acct - but ONLY if I know I will be deleting that acct immediately afterwards. All I have to do is change their password.

I can't see anyone's password, but I can change it to something new (which I would know, of course) and then I can log in as that person and read their PMs.

I have only ever done this in rare cases where I get complaints like the one above. And since the password is changed they can't log in - and then I usually just delete their entire acct which will also delete all PMs they ever sent.
