Good morning from the Winter Wonderland of Minnesota. The trees and grassy areas are still snow covered but it should melt off in the next couple of days.
I'm really antsy and a bit irritated right now. After the "strange" heart tests this week I still haven't been cleared for hunting and everyone will be leaving today to head up north and I won't be one of them. The really irritating part is that since they did the nuclear testing I feel great. Better than I've felt in a couple of months. It could be some strange placebo effect or I'm just radioactive like The Hulk.
Had a very nice dinner out with friends at their country club. We are definitely getting to be "old people". Dinner at 5 and then chatting away until the late hour of 8. As I said: The only thing missing was that we didn't have "a coupon".
Today is an "I don't know" day. Betty has her women's group meeting and I'm not quite sure what's on my agenda. The only thing I really need to do is pull the screen doors off the sliding glass doors and put them in the basement. That should take about 10 minutes.
I'm hoping James is enjoying his in cabin treatment and that he is recovering. Sure puts a damper on the cruise but, at least, he was allowed to stay on board.
I hope everyone has a wonderful day and a great upcoming weekend.
