I start off by wishing you all a peaceful and pleasant day.
To those of you who are ill, I pray for a speedy recovery.
And last but not least, I do remember quite well where I was fifty years ago, when the tragedy happened. I still feel the sadness of that day.

Morning Mates, I'm a little late today, but I was out at the crack of dawn (well almost....) for a blood test, followed by a visit to Service Canada, to find out about either retirement, unemployment, or sick benefits, then weigh my options. I have some decisions to make...
Meanwhile, I'm about to take Griffin for his walk; he hasn't gone for 2 days due to high winds, cold and/or rain, so today's milder temps and sunshine will be welcome!
The patient is still not doing well, in fact, I think the infection is moving up his leg again, so tomorrow I think it's a return visit to the hospital.
Hope everyone else is doing better...
A cold weekend in store for us and I'm thinking we're going to have a colder and snowier winter season.
I finally got started yesterday and pulled out clothes for my cruise and have my pile started. I'm thinking I'll pull out the suitcase today and start the process of packing and unpacking until I have it just right. I'm I the only one who does this?
Donna...I hope its not spreading , is that normal? I'm sure James is getting annoyed in not making progress....Hope things turn around for him.
JFK....I was more than likely in my crib as I was just a little over 3 months old.
Wishing my mates a great weekend!
