Morning Mates, a quick hello and I'm off to aquafitness this morning. Later I will catch up on all the videos of Barry Gibb on Jimmy Fallon last night, oh what I wouldn't give to see him live one more time....
It is -9 degrees F with a bit of a wind this morning. The sun is out brightly, so the overall look is deceiving. All schools and a lot of other stuff is canceled.
One of our dogs bit DH this morning. She had a stick and he tried to get her into the house (it was cold outside). She got ticked off and took a snap that connected with DH's palm. Nice little nick that bled like the dickens. The steroid the dog is on and her age (going on 11) does not help her attitude issues. She has always been a skittish dog and quick to show her attitude, but I believe this is the first time she has actually meant to inflict a bite. I guess it is way past time to keep her in line. We have always had to watch her around guests. Luckily, we get few!
It's a sunny but very cold day here in Ottawa. By the end of the week we are suppose to be back to normal temperatures. We are now 24 days away from our cruise and it cannot come fast enough. Have a great day everyone.

Good afternoon from Virginia Beach where the temperature is "dropping like a rocket." Now, it is in the low 20's and snow is expected later this afternoon. Rob was supposed to volunteer to work the food stands to raise money for multiple sclerosis this evening but, the sporting event was cancelled. Just as well, I don't want him driving when road conditions are not good. I went to the gym this morning and Rob took me out to lunch. (we had garnered some coupons for the Route 58 deli on Groupon). Their chopped liver sandwhiches are "to die for." Make it a great day and pray that there is not too much snow in the area where you live!
