I have finally figured out a way to get back to my office and the computer. For those who don't know I fell a week ago today and broke my left ankle. I did not fall in the snow but on flat ground! Don't know how I managed to do it but one minute I was upright and the next on the floor. Twisted both ankles and just figured I sprained them both. By Sunday evening my left leg from the knee down was swollen and hurting pretty bad. I went to Urgent care on Monday to get the news that the right ankle was a small sprain but the left one was broken. Went to the ortho Dr. on Thurs and now have a pretty light blue cast. I am not allowed to put any weight on the leg which is not making it easy but I am getting along better everyday. Thank goodness my D/H is a good nurse. I picked the blue cast to remind me of the beautiful waters of the Caribbean!
I am hoping to get my laptop working today so I won't have to come into the office to use the computer. I have been able to use my phone and keep up with facebook and some emails but it is not as easy to use as a computer.
Hope everyone had a nice Valentines Day. It was our 44th wedding anniversary but not much celebrating. Will party once I can get out of the house and move around better.
I am so very very sorry to learn about your fall, Sue. A real bummer to say the least but am so glad that you're on that "healing road." Hang in there and you're in my prayers.

Glad to see you are back online but sorry to hear about the sprain and break. I've broke both my legs and destroyed my knee in the last two years and I know what a "pain" it is. Hopefully all will quickly heal and you'll be back square dancing in six to eight weeks. At least you didn't break it in the middle of Summer.
Take care (literally)
