Morning Mates, it's Friday at last. We weathered another storm yesterday, getting more rain than snow, but all that water has turned to ice overnight, so a little crisp out there...
I have finished another painting project. This one was quick as it was just a tiny laundry closet, but it finally has a crisp new look:
Now it's on to the next project, a brightening up of the "cruise room".....
It is now sunny, but only 33 degrees F. I woke to cooler temps and SNOW!!! It was just a bit of a flurry, but the ground had a bit of a coating of snow. Where, oh where is spring!! We are to hit near 50 today, but then it will be colder from here on out for the next week.
DH working over today, tomorrow and Sunday. Not sure what we will do this weekend in all our free time ~~~yeah, that was sarcasm! I have a 7:00 am MRI tomorrow about 45 minutes drive from here, so I will be up and out early. The dogs will love it as they will get fed early!
Donna, I love your laundry room; the border is adorable.
Aerogirl, enjoy the 60's if even for a day!
LS80 and all cruisemates, have a great day, weekend!
Boy did I have a good sleep. Nine hours of straight deep sleep and I awoke rested and refreshed.
I finally was able to schedule my surgery but, because I want a particular doctor, I cannot have it until April 21. With his schedule that's the earliest for a "non-emergency" surgery. I could get it done next week if I take whoever is available but I learned a long time ago that unless it is a life or death situation you don't take luck of the draw when it comes to a surgeon. So, it looks like there will be no "last minute" vacations for the next two months. Oh well, watching snow melt can be an exciting pass time.
Donna: Though there is a hard rule in my house that no wall paper or borders are allowed, your laundry room border is cute and cheery. I like it.
Robin: Wow! 60F. You better get out the tank tops and sunscreen.
Haimia: I hope your MRI results are positive.
I hope everyone has a great weekend.
