Morning Mates, I think I see the sun out there today, which is a nice change from the dullness of the last few days. We are supposed to have a "warming trend" including rain this week. I am hoping we will have an entire week, work and all, without a snowstorm!
Tonight we are going to the local theatre to see a group called "Buddy Wassisname and the Other Fellas". They are from Newfoundland are are supposed to be hilarious. It'll be good to get out for a change!
Good morning. Looks like everybody slept in. It's warming up here, to 95 tomorrow.
We had a nice Sunday, although the ride into Los Angeles was harrowing. We saw a play written by Barry Manilow. It ran a little long, so late lunch turned into early dinner in Pasadena. Turns out lots of folks eat early. The restaurant was busy.
Nothing on the agenda today and it looks like a quiet week.
It is a cool, low 40's start to the day. Only to get to the upper 40's and rain to start soon and last all day and into the night. Waiting for DH to get home from work. We have to go to the funeral home later today and DH has to sign some paperwork in front of the notary at the bank. Then, the family situation can begin to get more interesting!!
RD, so glad you can see the sun this morning and hopefully no snow all week!! It is about time for you to see spring.
Hi, LS80, from the Ohio Northwest.
Hey, I think I figured out the smilies. I tried to click on them and nothing happened. So I clicked and dragged and it followed. Now, let's see if it goes through on the post.
We had a nice day. We got together with friends for lunch then took care of a few errands.
It was quite warm and sunny but rain is coming tomorrow.
