I spent 25 years working for a company .Has anyone worked a greater number of years for one company ?

The longest anyone worked for the company I was at was 37 years .My goal was to reach or exceed that but alas I got caught up in a downsizing .
35 years is great ,TM

I managed 36 years and 6 months before retiring. When I started working, I never thought I'd stay with the same employer that long.

26 years for me . I'm now only there 3 hours a week (1 day) but have no plans to leave.

I'm at 31 years + right now, and I'll be there at least two more years before I retire. I'll see how I feel about it then. I like to cruise too much to go on that fixed income!

For me it was 35 years, 1 month. Then after being retired for just over 1 year I was invited back to do some contract work. It was about 90 days in a calendar year and I did that for 5 years. The work world is so much different now.
