Default Thursday "Bomb Cyclone"

Morning Mates, now they are calling this storm a Bomb Cyclone, which basically means a winter hurricane, with 20-40 cms of snow, ice pellets, freezing rain and winds of 120-140 km/hr. I am a little fearful as I live in a mini home (trailer to some) that shakes when it's really windy. There's also the very good possibility I could be without power for a day or two or three, so if you don't hear from me, you'll know why!

Otherwise, I have all the supplies I need, fresh batteries, dog and cat food, and we're staying put till this is over!

Good morning. Well for some the temps we are having would not be bad but for someone like me who has lived in Fl for as long as me I am freezing. Anyone who is in the path of the storm hitting the North stay safe.

All have a great day.

We are in the path of the storm. It is officially classified as a blizzard and everyone in our small town has been advised not to leave our homes.
We have food, water ,flashlights and still have power .

Good Morning Mates

My son who lives in Connecticut called me a few minutes ago and said that everything is shut down in his area. With heavy snow and strong winds there is no visibility. So in comparison our weather with sunshine and temps in the forties are not bad.

All those of you in the path of the storm, take care, stay indoors and be safe.

Stay safe everyone who is in the path of the storm. Today we had temperatures near the norms but tomorrow we go back into the deep freeze for 3 days. Our countdown to warmth is now at 8 days and 13 days until we cruise.
