Default Costa Atlantica?Mediterannea-Obstructed "french balcony

Am I losing my mind or do the Costa Med and Atlantica not have a category where you can open french doors , see obstruction by life boats and not actually step out . I thought I read somewhere this is a cat 4. I called Costa directly and they say NO. These are the same ships as the CCL Legend and it has this type of cabin and I swear I read a review somewhere that said that this cabin cat is available. HELP! Anyone have firsthand info on this

Thanks
