Anyone cruised Costa in Europe-Specifically Eastern Med.?

I've read a lot of the reviews and posts on here and it seems like most peoples' experiences with Costa have been in the carribbean. Just wondering if anyone has done their Eastern Mediterranean/Greek Isles cruises? We're going in October and am concerned about the mixed reviews. We have been to Europe several times and don't expect American service/food on an Italian ship, but I'm just wondering what people think specifically of their European Costa experience. Thanks!
