Default thnking of Costa.. what's included

So far, we've only sailed on Carnival - but we are looking at a possible Costa Mediterranean cruise of the Western Caribbean. Is Costa the same as other cruiselines as far as what is included. Meaning, all the food and most drinks (than alcoholic and sodas). I realize that some ships have "specialty" restaurants - in which you pay an extra fee. But I'm not a fan of those -I figure there is plenty on board typically to eat.

Carnival has ice cream and pizza - 24/7.. Is it the same with Costa.

I also assume there is a similar fee as the "ship and sail"....$200 per person (on something to that effect - from which tips are taken)
