Smoke-Free Cabins?

I am considering a Western Mediterranean cruise onboard the Concordia, but have seen many comments about the "smoky atmosphere" one may encounter on a cruise ship heavily populated by Europeans. Could someone please tell me about the condition of the cabins....do they smell of cigarette smoke and/or are smoke-free cabins available?

The smoking atmosphere is not any different than on a cruiseship heavily populated by Americans!
Same smoking restrictions apply and NO, you will NOT smell any cigarette smoke in the cabins!
Go and enjoy Costa, I am a non-smoker and will cruise with Costa again in a heartbeat!
