Costa Magica - European Cruise

Could anyone tell me the dress attire for this ship for the summer European itinerary and just how formal guests, both men and women, are expected to dress?

we have cruised twice on costa ships. on 7 day they have two dress up nights. 90% of the men are in formal wear/ tux or white jacket. if you do not want to dress up on those nights there are places on ship to eat casually. the costa ships are very italian, if this is what you are looking for, the costa line has it!
